Why mindfulness: It is our conscious choice how we will exist/live on this planet. Every day by each action, each emotion and decision, we create our own reality. To be mindful about our choices is important to be able to make any improvement in our life, physically - emotionally and mentally.

Why holistic approach: Because we are a combination of physical body/reality, emotional and mental wellbeing as well as our spirit. You cannot deny any of these parts. They should be working together in harmony. Otherwise problems are inevitable.

​

The reality that we have today, are the results of our past choices. Don't be depressed because today's choices will create our tomorrow. It is time to be wise and make changes today, to have better tomorrow.

 

​Our work together will start to make you understand what you need today, in order to make better choices, actions for your wellbeing, and your physical-emotional and mental health. It is your decisions, actions which will create your tomorrow. I am a companion with healing, meditation and wellbeing knowledge to share.

 

​It is your own healing process. To be able to heal, to have a more balanced , healthy and happy life, you need to make some decisions for healthy existence. They are not difficult. In fact they are very easy, very rewarding.

 

​Your decisions and actions that you take today, will make you the creator of a better tomorrow. You are the master of your own life. When you don't master it wisely, you will be the one who suffers. A mindful and holistic approach is needed to be a wise master.​
